In Outlook 2003, you will see a window like the one above. In older versions of Outlook, you will see a window for your Incoming and Outgoing settings  that looks more like the one below.  The instructions are still the same.

Change your Incoming Mail Server (POP3) from mail.iwdc.net (or mail2.iwdc.net) to mail.infotogo.net

If your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) is set to smtp.iwdc.net, change this setting to mail.infotogo.net. ONLY change this setting if the original setting is smtp.iwdc.net. If there is any other setting in this box besides smtp.iwdc.net, leave the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) setting unchanged.

If you did not change your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) setting because there is a custom setting, then you are finished. Click Next and Finish.

If you changed your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) setting from smtp.iwdc.net to mail.infotogo.net, then choose the More Settings button to continue.

Older versions of Outlook may have a button that says Settings (instead of "More Settings") at the bottom of the page, next to a checkbox that says "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication".  Make sure the box is checked and choose the Settings button.

If you want to see a screenshot of the Settings window as it  may appear in older versions of Outlook, check the tutorial for  Outlook Express - they are quite similar.

In either instance, go to the More Settings/Settings button to continue.

Configure Outlook - Outlook 2003/2003 Settings

In this window, leave the checkbox that says "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" checked. In Outlook 2003, select the button that says "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail" Press OK.

In older versions of Outlook, you may have to select the "Use same settings as my incoming server" option instead. Press OK.

You can test your settings in Outlook 2003 by pressing the Test Account Settings button. You should get checkmarks next to each step and a test email should arrive in your Inbox from the email program. Older versions of Outlook don't have this feature;you will have to send yourself a test email instead. If you recieve the test  mail, you have successfully changed your settings and can choose Next and then Finish.  If you have any trouble making the changes, please call Melissa or JB at 850-385-4800.

If you use webmail when you are out of the office, you will now go to http://mail.InfoToGo.net. Your login is your email address and email password.
